Objective: The Design Consultant is responsible for collaborating with our teams from Design, Operations, Manufacturing, and Installation to create one-of-a-kind kitchen designs.

Reports to: General Manager, Winnipeg

Direct Reports: None

Location: Winnipeg Store

Main Responsibilities:

- Promotion and sale of our products and services to retail customers, renovators, and small home builders
- Design of dream kitchens as per the needs of the client
- Order management
- Customer support
- Prospecting for new business and accounts as required
- Measure – Mark outs of sites.
- Inspections of installations.

These responsibilities are not intended to be all-inclusive. It represents typical elements and criteria to perform the job successfully.

Skills and Abilities:

- An entrepreneurial spirit, passion for design,



and a drive for success
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
- Solid communication skills

Education and/or Training:

- Working knowledge of building codes and compliance issues
- A degree or diploma from an accredited interior design or architecture program will be considered an asset
- Minimum of one year of experience in kitchen design and sales
- Experience in design software such as 2020 Design Technologies, AutoCAD, etc.
- A valid driver’s license (and vehicle)
