Be able to mentor/train crew members Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in Water and Sewer.

Experience leading crews.





Clean license abstract Thorough understanding of project drawings and specifications Strong planning and organizational skills Excellent communication skills Excellent leadership skills with an ability to delegate tasks clearly and effectively.
