Role Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, delivery, and administration of highway construction and rehabilitation projects from initiation to completion.

Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and resources to achieve project objectives.

Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including planning, design, utility, environmental, and construction professionals.

Oversee engineering consultants and contractors to ensure contractual, technical, and performance requirements are met.

Review and provide technical input on designs, tender documents, specifications, and construction plans.

Administer construction contracts, including progress payments, change orders, cost control, and final contract closeout.

Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with engineering standards, environmental requirements, safety regulations,



and departmental specifications.

Review utility conflicts, crossing agreements, and stakeholder requirements to support project delivery.

Conduct site visits and provide construction oversight, technical recommendations, and resolution of field issues.

Monitor project progress, expenditures, and risks, implementing corrective actions as required.

Lead project meetings and facilitate communication between consultants, contractors, stakeholders, and government agencies.

Resolve complex technical, contractual, and stakeholder issues through negotiation and collaboration.
