Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Partnership Development Manager to join our team to build strategic partnerships presenting our Kid Entrepreneurs Academy ( https://Kidpreneurs.academy ) project to private and public schools, school districts, community centers, and other organizations. The ideal candidate will possess strong presentation skills, negotiation expertise, and a solid understanding of marketing and networking strategies. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys presenting, networking, building relationships, and creating current partnership opportunities. Presentations and meetings will be conducted online. This is a part-time remote role (work-from-home) which can be converted in a full-time position. Compensation is $30 per hour plus commission.

Duties

- Identify, evaluate and reach out potential partnership opportunities that align with organizational objectives
- Conduct online presentations and informational meetings with organizations and community stakeholders
- Develop and execute strategies to establish and strengthen relationships with key partners
- Lead negotiations to secure mutually beneficial agreements, ensuring alignment on terms and deliverables
- Manage ongoing partner relationships to maximize value and ensure long-term collaboration




- Collaborate with marketing teams to create joint campaigns that promote partnership initiatives
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports for senior management regarding partnership progress and strategic recommendations
- Assist with community engagement and promotional activities when needed

Qualifications

- Proven experience in customer service, education, business development, sales, or partnership management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals
- Excellent project management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Knowledge of marketing principles and experience working with marketing teams on joint initiatives
- Familiarity with CRM platforms for managing relationships and tracking progress
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced environment
