This is a sub-constructing role and the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing appointment schedules, ensuring efficient operations within our office environment. This position requires knowledge of construction and must have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while providing exceptional customer support.
Duties
- Coordinate and manage appointment schedules for construction projects and ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding scheduling, services, and office policies.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and proofreading documents.
- Utilize QuickBooks, Excel or similar software for managing on-going construction projects.
- Provide outstanding customer support by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using office software, including QuickBooks, for administrative functions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen eye for detail in proofreading.
