- Proven, hands-on experience in residential roofing, including shingle installation, flat roofing systems, skylight installation, and metal flashing. (Applicants without direct residential roofing experience will not be considered.)
- Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision.
- Must have and maintain their own professional roofing tools suitable for residential work.
- Availability for full-time, year-round employment.
- A company vehicle is provided for work use and may be taken home.
- Performance-based compensation, with additional commission opportunities for upselling services and upgrades.
