Scrubbabubba Ltd. is hiring dependable Cleaning Technicians for commercial, and residential cleaning assignments across the area.

This is a casual part-time employee position ideal for individuals seeking adaptable work that fits around another job, school, or personal commitments.

Job Type

Part-Time (Casual / On-Call)

Hours vary week to week based on client demand.

No guaranteed minimum hours.

What You’ll Do

- Clean assigned commercial locations

- Complete residential and post-renovation cleans

- Follow detailed checklists

- Take before/after photos

- Submit simple reports from your phone

- Work independently or with a small team

- Represent Scrubbabubba professionally on site

Schedule

- Daytime, evening, and occasional weekend shifts

- Shifts offered as work becomes available

- Ability to accept or decline shifts based on availability

- Consistent sites may be assigned to reliable team members

Pay & Employment Details

Starting at $18.00 per hour

Paid bi-weekly through company payroll

Includes:

- Vacation pay on each pay

- Public holiday eligibility (as per Ontario standards)

- WSIB workplace coverage

- Employment Insurance (EI)

Uniform Requirement

All Cleaning Technicians are required to wear a Scrubbabubba staff uniform while working on assigned sites.

Uniform packages are available for purchase through the company. Details, sizing, and cost will be provided during onboarding and ordered on Connecteam APP

Optional payroll deduction may be arranged with written authorization.

Requirements

- Reliable transportation to assigned sites

- Smartphone for photos and reporting

- Ability to work independently

- Strong attention to detail

Cleaning experience is an asset but not required. Training provided.
