What You'll Be Doing

- Connecting with customers, building trust, and offering solutions
- Creating exceptional in-person, phone, and digital experiences




- Coordinating service appointments and ensuring smooth workflow
- Collaborating with technicians and management to serve our community
- Helping us continually improve and grow—together

What You Bring

- 3–5 years of sales experience (automotive not required)
- Team leadership experience is a strong asset
- Positive, people-first attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Desire to grow with a company long-term
