We are seeking a energetic and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team in delivering exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Duties

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff to ensure timely and thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Conduct regular inspections to uphold cleanliness standards, safety protocols, and hotel policies
- Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and customer service expectations
- Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed to maintain operational efficiency
- Address guest requests or complaints promptly and professionally,

- Implement efficient cleaning schedules and workflows to maximize productivity without compromising quality
- Promote teamwork, morale, and a positive work environment through ongoing coaching and support

Experience

- Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles, with a solid understanding of cleaning procedures and standards
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality or industrial cleaning environments is highly desirable
- Familiarity with hotel operations, guest service protocols, and hospitality industry best practices
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques specific to both residential-style hotel rooms and large-scale industrial cleaning tasks
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively lead a team and interact with guests and staff alike
