Duties

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage reservations efficiently as a host or hostess
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of guest service and hospitality
- Assist in setting up and cleaning tables to ensure a clean and inviting dining space
- Support kitchen staff by preparing ingredients or assisting with food prep when needed
- Maintain clear communication with team members to ensure seamless service flow




- Uphold phone etiquette when handling reservations or guest inquiries via phone or online channels
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards throughout all restaurant operations

Experience

- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Experience using POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous
- Knowledge of restaurant procedures, serving techniques, and hospitality best practices is a plus
- Familiarity with hotel or food service environments enhances your ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude
