Job Summary:
Lubricare is seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing oil changes, fluid checks, and basic vehicle maintenance services in a fast-paced environment. As a Lube Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the efficiency of our service center.
Duties:
- Perform oil changes and filter replacements efficiently and accurately.
- Check and top up vehicle fluids as needed.
- Inspect and apply rustproof oil on vehicles.
- Inspect vehicles for additional maintenance requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist customers with any inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Skills:
- Mechanical knowledge related to automotive maintenance.
- Ability to use power tools and hand tools effectively.
- Strong sales skills to recommend additional services to customers.
- Capable of heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with the role.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients in a professional manner.

Requirements:
