What you will be doing: Reporting to the Executive Chef, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Direct supervision of all stewarding employees, and supervisors as well as training, performance management, scheduling and assigning of daily duties andlong termprojects Follow departmental policies, procedures,safetyand service standards Consistently offering professional,engagingand friendly service.

Ensuring the highest degree of cleanliness and maintenancein accordance with

Fairmont Hotels & Resorts standards,policiesand procedures.

Work closely with the outlet leaders tomaintainadequate levels ofchina, silver, and glass par stock levels Reports any damaged or not working equipment to maintenance or proper contractor and follows up Conduct periodic inventories to ensure par stocks and resource availability aremaintained,determiningdegree of usage andidentifyingpurchase or equipment requirements.
