This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision work, enjoys hands-on projects, and can confidently interpret technical drawings and apply strong geometry skills to ensure accurate measurements, layouts, and assembly.

and material layouts Operate fabrication equipment safely and efficiently Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy Perform measurements and adjustments as needed Maintain a clean and safe work environment Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines Required Qualifications: Previous fabrication or metalworking experience Ability to read and understand technical drawings Robust attention to detail and quality standards Comfortable using hand tools and fabrication machinery Ability to lift materials and work in a physically demanding environment Strong commitment to workplace safety Bonus Points For: Welding experience or certification Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting Strong applied math skills, including the ability to work confidently with angles, measurements, and geometric calculations Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Right People.
