The Junior Accountant / Accounting Analyst will support various accounting and financial reporting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, month-end close, and operational accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities: - Support month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis - Process and monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions - Assist with account reconciliations and financial reporting requirements - Analyze accounting data and identify discrepancies or process improvement opportunities - Prepare reports and ad hoc analysis using Excel and ERP systems - Collaborate with operational and non-financial stakeholders to resolve accounting issues - Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives - Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and reporting deadlines Required Qualifications: - Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline - Minimum 1 year of accounting experience - Exposure to Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable functions - Experience working with large ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Net

Suite, or Infor - Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including: VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables (subject to testing)
