Typical Scope As a Director of Finance, youll be a key strategic leader, driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting business growth.

Core Responsibilities Lead financial strategy, planning, and analysis to drive business performance Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance with IFRS/GAAP standards Partner with executive leadership to develop long-term growth strategies Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to inform decision-making Implement and refine financial processes, systems, and controls to support scalability Support initiatives such as M&A;, funding rounds, and market expansions Mentor and develop high-performing finance teams Key Qualifications Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; CPA designation highly preferred 10+ years of progressive financial experience, including senior leadership roles Proven success in strategic financial planning and team development Expertise in IFRS/GAAP, budgeting,
