Robert Half is seeking a Property Accountant on behalf of our client, a reputable and growing real estate organization.
This role is ideal for an accounting skilled with experience managing financial reporting and month-end close.
Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for assigned properties Complete month-end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations Review and analyze general ledger activity and investigate variances Reconcile bank accounts, tenant ledgers, and balance sheet accounts Coordinate with property managers to develop budgets, forecasts, and operating expense analyses Assist with year-end audit support and tax preparation documentation Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and relevant reporting standards Support ad hoc financial reporting and special projects as needed
