Description Summary Overview As a Foreman, youll lead a field crew in installing, removing, and servicing temporary fencing projects.

Youll coach and support your team while ensuring jobs are completed safely, on time, and to company standards.

This is a hands-on leadership role where youll work outdoors and represent the company directly at customer sites.

What Youll Do Lead and assign daily tasks to crew members Train, coach, and provide ongoing feedback Work alongside the team on installs, removals, and site prep Ensure projects meet safety standards, specs, and deadlines Meet clients onsite to review job details and expectations Complete job reports, inventory logs, and site checklists Inspect equipment and maintain truck readiness Monitor attendance and support team performance Participate in safety meetings and report incidents Maintain clean, safe job sites and vehicles Step in and call out unsafe conditions when needed What You Bring Valid drivers license with clean abstract 1+ year leadership experience (preferred) 2+ years in fencing, construction, or similar industry (preferred) Strong leadership and team motivation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Good communication and organizational skills Comfortable using tools and equipment (power tools, post drivers, etc.)

Base Pay Range 31.80 - 43.73 Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
