Our client is seeking a Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist (10+ years) to lead change initiatives for a current SaaS solution This contract position drives organizational readiness and adoption for a critical technology implementation impacting operational and crew management functions.

Partnering closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, the Senior OCM Specialist will deliver stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption activities throughout project delivery.

The role offers direct influence on transformation outcomes across complex operational environments.

Contract, Calgary, Hybrid, Working Hours: MST Must Haves 7+ years in Organizational Change Management supporting large-scale transformation programs Proven ability to lead stakeholder engagement and perform change impact assessments Experience developing communication strategies and training plans Strong facilitation and workshop leadership capability within cross-functional organizations Prosci certification or equivalent OCM methodology experience Nice to Have Experience in aviation or transportation environments Exposure to unionized teams and labor environments Background in crew operations, workforce management, or scheduling systems Experience with SaaS implementations Previous support for frontline or operational employee groups Responsibilities Lead change management activities across the project lifecycle for the new Crew Hotel solution Partner with business leaders and project teams to assess impacts and prepare affected groups Develop stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption plans Facilitate workshops, readiness sessions, and go-live support initiatives Drive organizational adoption and embed new ways of working post-implementation Support leadership enablement and operational readiness throughout project delivery Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure sustainable change outcomes
