We are seeking energetic Customer Service Representatives to join our client on a temporary 2-3 week contract. This position will involve assisting residents who have questions regarding the recycling/garbage disposal program. The successful candidate will be able to follow instructions with minimal supervision, work well in a team-oriented, quick-paced environment and show professionalism to their customers. This position is located in Aldersyde, AB.

Responsibilities:

- Address customer inquires and FAQ’s using a pre-written script
- Managing incoming calls
- Effectively communicate (both written and spoken)
- Support customers in understanding the services, answering their questions and explaining the process

Requirements:

- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Desire to solve problems, help others, and work with urgency on multiple priorities
- Reliable transportation to Aldersyde
