Large general contractor is seeking an experienced Bid Manager with 8+ years of experience in the pursuits phase of major projects. You should have extensive experience delivering RFP/RFQ for large infrastructure projects ($100m+).

Manage the development of proposals for P3 and other design-build projects.Lead the design team in developing compliant and competitive design solutions in response to RFP requirements, coordinating all disciplines.Analyze project requirements and develop strategies aimed at winning the opportunity.Oversee the development of submissions and presentations during the RFP process, collaborating with the design team;
review and assess all RFP documentation and requirements.Work collaboratively with mechanical and electrical design managers, project estimators, capital development director, marketing, legal,
and facility management teams.Education & Experience of Bid Manager:
Construction-related degree/diploma with 8-10 years of bid management experience in civil infrastructure projects.Knowledge of construction scopes, design development, municipal approvals, scheduling, project management, and contract software.Ability to mentor a team confidently and develop strong client relationships.Benefits:
