$100,000+ annually
(Full-time: 35 available hours, 80% booked, 80% retention)Compensation starting at
$75 per client hourBase hourly and base + commission models available during caseload buildUp to

Registered member of the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO)Minimum 1–2 years of private outpatient experience preferredPelvic Health applicants must have completed or be registered in Pelvic Health Solutions Level 1Responsibilities
Provide direct physiotherapy care as a primary care providerCollaborate with the clinical team to develop effective treatment plansDeliver an exceptional clinical and customer service experienceBuild and maintain a loyal, engaged caseloadRecognize and initiate appropriate referralsSupport patient adherence to treatment plans
