to step into a leadership role within a collaborative and stable environment.What You’ll Do:Oversee full-cycle accounting for commercial properties + corporate entitiesManage AP/AR, journal entries, bank reconciliationsPrepare monthly financials, budgets, cash flow, and forecastsConduct CAM and property tax recoveries;
interpret lease termsSupport monthly reporting and tenant chargebacksLiaise with auditors and handle year-end prepSubmit HST, payroll, and MPAC filingsPartner closely with property managers and ownership5+ years in commercial property accounting3+ years using
