Job Title: Senior Gen AI Developer Location: Calgary, Alberta ''Hybrid'' Skills: Digital : Azure Machine Learning (ML)~Generative AI Experience Required (Must) : 8-10 Introduction We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Generative AI (Gen AI) Developer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions leveraging large language models (LLMs) and modern AI frameworks.

The role focuses on building scalable, secure, and production-ready Gen AI applications integrated with business systems, data platforms, and cloud infrastructure.

The Senior Gen AI Developer will work closely with architects, data engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to translate use cases into reliable AI solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications: 810 years of software development experience, with 35 years in AI/ML or Gen AI focused roles.

Robust hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM-based applications.

Proficiency in Python (primary), with experience in REST APIs and backend development.





Experience with AI frameworks and libraries such as Lang

Chain, Llama

Index, Hugging Face, or similar.

Experience with fine-tuning LLMs, embeddings, and vector search optimization.

Knowledge of Responsible AI, model risk management, and AI governance frameworks.

Exposure to multi-modal AI (text, image, audio).

Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Design and implement Generative AI solutions using LLMs for use cases such as content generation, summarization, document processing, chatbots, copilots, and decision support systems.

Develop application logic leveraging prompt engineering, retrieval augmented generation (RAG), and model orchestration techniques.

Build APIs and services to integrate Gen AI capabilities into enterprise applications and workflows.
