Our energy & resources client is seeking a Specialist SCM Power Projects & Operations (7+ years) to lead project-to-operations transition and warranty management within renewables and supply contracts This role supports critical project transition and operational reliability activities within a power operations setting.

The position focuses on warranty management, supplier coordination, and contract administration across OEMs, EPCs, and secondary suppliers.

The Specialist will partner with Project and Operations teams to manage warranty claims, support operational spares procurement, and protect commercial entitlements throughout the asset lifecycle.

Contract, Calgary, or North York - 3 days on sit 12 months Must Haves 7+ years in SCM , Vendor Management , Supplier Relationship Management , or Warranty Management Supply contracts review, negotiation, and execution OEM , EPC ,



and warranty claims coordination and administration Renewables industry experience Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management Nice to Have 5+ years of renewables experience Passport for travel to US sites Operational spares procurement support Responsibilities Lead SCM activities related to project-to-operations transition Coordinate OEM and EPC warranty claims Track and maintain documentation for warranty claims Manage warranty claims through full lifecycle closure Interpret and administer contracts related to warranty provisions Negotiate warranty-related disputes and settlements Support operational spares procurement from sourcing through delivery
