Description The Analyst, HR Systems & Analytics plays a key role in supporting the organization''s Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and related processes.

This position is responsible for providing front-line support to system users, maintaining employee and position data integrity, producing HR reports and analytics, coordinating data audits, supporting system testing activities, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

The HR Analyst serves as a trusted resource for HR systems administration while ensuring compliance with data governance, security, and organizational standards.

Key Activities and Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day HR systems support requests, managing the shared HRIS inbox and resolving issues or escalating complex matters to Senior HR Systems Analysts as required.

Review, validate, and approve employee and position transactions within the Success

Factors system.

Verify that employment letters and supporting documentation are present, accurate, and aligned with organizational requirements.

Respond to ad hoc and scheduled reporting requests from HR, business leaders, and other stakeholders.

Manipulate, validate, and analyze data using Excel and other reporting tools, including anonymizing sensitive information where required.

Semi-annually conduct comprehensive reviews of employee and position records to identify discrepancies, missing information, and data quality issues.

Support system enhancement and configuration testing activities by executing test scenarios and validating expected outcomes.

Participate in regression testing for semi-annual system releases and updates.

Document test results, identify issues, and work with senior team members to ensure successful deployment of system changes.





Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve operational efficiency, including enhancements to workflows, reporting, and system utilization.

Highlight knowledge gaps and training needs to support improved adoption and effective use of HR systems.

Education, Skills and Experience Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience working with HRIS platforms, preferably SAP Success

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.

Understanding of data privacy, governance, and information security requirements.

Success in This Role The successful candidate will be highly detail-oriented, customer-focused, and analytical, with a passion for maintaining high-quality HR data and optimizing HR technology processes.

They will demonstrate strong collaboration skills, a commitment to continuous improvement, and the ability to provide reliable support to both HR and business stakeholders Hours Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.

As this position is identified as security sensitive, employment of a final candidate will be conditional upon completion of a criminal background check assessment with satisfactory results.
