What you must have: 10+ years in sales,



business development, or account management, including 5+ years leading an Outside Sales team.

Experience in a retail customer facing, Showroom capacity, ideally in plumbing or lighting.

Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets Skilled at recruiting, developing, and leading high-performing teams.

Strong relationship builder with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Strategic thinker with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
