Description Support the store manager in the daily operations of the boutique.

Assist in driving sales, customer engagement, and overall store performance.

Coach, mentor, and inspire retail sales associates to deliver exceptional service.

Help create a boutique environment that is welcoming, polished, and memorable for every guest.

Support inventory management, product ordering, and merchandising to maintain premium standards.

Ensure store presentation, cleanliness, and operational compliance meet the brands expectations.

Participate in cash handling, daily reconciliation, reporting, and administrative tasks.

Step in to manage the boutique in the store managers absence, ensuring smooth operations.

Foster a positive, team-oriented culture where initiative, creativity, and excellence are encouraged.

Requirements 2+ years of retail experience,preferably in specialty retail,food service, hospitality or high-service environments.

Strong customer service orientation with a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

Proven ability to support sales growth and motivate a team.

Experience in merchandising, store presentation, and operational standards.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.





Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Confidence in coaching, mentoring, and leading a team.

Experience with cash handling, inventory management, and retail administration. A natural ability to connect with people, inspire loyalty, and build relationships.
