JOB SUMMARY :

Under the supervision of the CIS manager, the clinical advisor in digital health is a healthcare skilled who uses their expertise to optimize clinical practices through digital technologies. As part of their duties, they participate in identifying clinical needs and in the development, implementation, configuration, maintenance, support, and evaluation of electronic record-keeping tools. Their role also includes participating in the standardization of documentation practices and clinical processes, as well as researching and sharing information with clinical partners to ensure the consistency, relevance, and optimization of the digital solutions implemented.This role involves regular on-site presence with clinical teams, promoting understanding of operational realities, training, coaching, and mobilization of best practices in digital health.

EXIGENCES :

- Registered with the College of Nursing of New Brunswick;
- Bachelor's degree in nursing;
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience demonstrating progressive leadership in healthcare and professional practice, such as preceptorship, mentoring recent employees, leadership at the management level, and involvement in professional association;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Knowledge of software commonly used within the Network;
- Knowledge of digital health considered an asset;

- Proven ability to organize and manage work and work independently;
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills;
