Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using the Cleardent system
- Ability to book Recall and Hygiene appointments
- Verify patient insurance information and collect necessary paperwork
- Assist with billing and insurance claims processing
- Ability to submit predeterminations and follow up with patients on these predeterminations
- Comfortably discuss the proposed treatment and associated fees with patients
- Maintain patient records and update as necessary
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns

Experience:
- Previous experience working as a dental receptionist is preferred
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is a plus
- Proficiency in using Cleardent systems or similar software
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
