Duties

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and perks effectively
- Upsell additional items or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) transactions, and basic math calculations accurately
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure product availability on the sales floor
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience




- Utilize strong communication skills and phone etiquette to assist customers both in-store and over the phone

Requirements

- Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases
- Previous experience in technology sales or retail sales is preferred; technical sales experience is a plus
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and explain technical features clearly
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Good communication skills, including active listening and effective verbal expression
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory management
- Customer service experience with a focus on creating positive interactions and upselling opportunities
- Knowledge of merchandising, POS systems, cashiering, and retail operations is advantageous
