Sky Castle RollerRink Kitchen Staff --Part Time (Recent Horizon Mall Location)

This position requires an organized, proactive individual to help customers order their drinks, meals and prepare food.

General Accountabilities

· Greet and welcome customers. Take orders and use a cash register

· Be knowledgeable about menu items, menu changes and food preparation procedures to ensure a consistent guest experience

· Ability to work within a fast-paced environment that caters to the needs of children and families

· Ensure safe food handling and Pro-Serve procedures

· Prepare items to meet guest requests

· Proactively refill the line with ingredients/supplies

· Ensure that the kitchen and Bar area is always clean and orderly. Clean and sanitize kitchen and Bar area and equipment.





· Be knowledgeable regarding allergy policies and procedures to ensure that guests are not at risk of allergic reactions

· Must work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Job Qualifications

· Pro Serve certificate is an asset

· Be able to lift items weighted over 25lbs safely

· Be able to stand for long periods and work till 10 PM or 11 PM if it's needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
