Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Concrete Labourer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will assist in various concrete-related projects, including formwork, finishing, and restoration work. This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and familiarity with construction tools and techniques. The Concrete Labourer will contribute to the successful completion of residential, commercial, and industrial concrete projects, ensuring safety and quality standards are met throughout the process.

Responsibilities

- Assist with concrete forming, pouring, and finishing to achieve smooth and durable surfaces.
- Install rebar and perform masonry tasks to reinforce concrete structures.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Read blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications and layouts.
- Perform carpentry work related to formwork and structural support systems.
- Conduct restoration activities including caulking, flooring installation, and general repairs.
- Support welding and other metal fabrication tasks as needed for project requirements.




- Handle heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper posture and technique.
- Follow schematics and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution.
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris properly.

Experience

- Prior experience in construction or concrete work is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, heavy equipment operation, and blueprint reading is advantageous.
- Familiarity with masonry, concrete finishing, renovation techniques, and the use of hand tools is beneficial.
- Experience with welding, flooring installation, or restoration projects will be considered a plus.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking on job sites.

Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour
