Job Description

We’re hiring a detail-oriented OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate to accurately pick, pack, and prepare online orders for pickup or delivery, while following strict safety and food hygiene standards.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Pick, pack, and prepare customer online orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain product quality, safety, and freshness standards
- Interpret and complete documentation like pick slips and shipping labels correctly
- Handle customer service issues professionally during fulfillment




- Operate material handling equipment safely, completing required checks
- Keep work areas clean and hygienic, promptly addressing spills and debris
- Suggest improvements to operations, safety, and customer satisfaction
- Assist with restocking and general customer service as needed

Qualifications

- Retail, customer service, or fulfillment experience is a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Commitment to excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting
- Basic computer and handheld device skills (training provided)
- Comfortable working in refrigerated/freezer areas
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $18.40. Rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience.

Pay: From $18.40 per hour
