POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations across Canada and the United States, ensuring accurate inventory management, efficient order fulfillment, and compliance with company quality and safety standards. This role provides day-to-day leadership to warehouse staff, supports cross-functional communication, coordinates logistics activities, and drives continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
- Coordinate, support, and oversee the work of Shipping and Receiving Clerks to ensure efficient shipping and receiving operations.
- Maintain shipping schedules and ensure timely, accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments.
- Support monitoring inventory levels, inventory accuracy, and stock replenishment requirements.
- Coordinate with Customer Service, Sales, Operations, and other internal teams to resolve order, inventory, and shipping issues.
- Liaise with carriers, freight providers, customs brokers, and other external logistics partners to support transportation and customs clearance activities.
- Oversee inventory management, and distribution of demo kits.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction, including system enhancements within platforms such as Zoho.




- Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and development of warehouse employees.
- Act as the Warehouse Health & Safety Representative and support compliance with Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain operational records, reports, and shipping documentation.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Forklift certification required.
- Experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory management, or logistics operations.
- Previous leadership, training, or supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or inventory management systems (Zoho experience is an asset).
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 80 lbs occasionally.
