HVAC Technicians & Apprentices

Our client is currently looking for HVAC Technicians and Apprentices Technician to join their growing residential service team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career technician who wants hands-on experience, structured training, and long-term career progression within a stable and well-established organization. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced professionals while developing both technical and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

- Assist with the service, installation, and maintenance of residential HVAC systems and related accessories
- Perform general inspections and basic diagnostics on heating and cooling equipment
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with applicable codes and standards
- Educate homeowners on system operation, care, maintenance, and the advantages of energy-efficient equipment
- Support senior technicians and supervisors with daily tasks and assignments
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in a clean and safe condition
- Follow all workplace safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

- Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent




- Apprentices - currently registered in a recognized HVAC apprenticeship program
- Experience as an HVAC installer or technician
- Valid G-class driver’s license
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Physically capable of performing the demands of the role
