We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Gardener to join our team. This role requires strong leadership, horticultural knowledge, and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Backup superviser of crew in daily landscape gardening operations.
- Coordinate and assign tasks to crew members.
- Perform planting, pruning, mulching, weeding, edging, and garden maintenance.
- Ensure work is completed according to specifications and quality standards.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools safely.
- Familiar with proper gardening techniques and safety procedures.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients,
and team members.
- Complete required paperwork, site reports, and timesheets.
- Monitor material usage and report supply needs.
- Flexibility to assist in landscape installations
