As they prepare for the busy holiday season, they are seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to support large-scale seasonal retail hiring across multiple international locations.
Your New Role
As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will play a key role in delivering high-volume seasonal recruitment initiatives. You will support the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, offer administration, and onboarding support.
Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing high volumes of applications and conducting initial candidate screenings
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Managing candidate communications and ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Preparing offers and collecting onboarding documentation
- Supporting hiring events, group interviews, and recruitment campaigns
- Maintaining accurate records within the applicant tracking system
- Collaborating with Talent Acquisition partners and hiring managers to meet hiring targets
- Supporting onboarding activities, background checks, and document collection
What You Need to Do
- Manage high-volume recruitment activity in a fast-paced environment
- Conduct candidate screenings and assessments
- Coordinate interview scheduling and recruitment logistics
- Support hiring events and candidate engagement initiatives
- Assist with onboarding and administrative recruitment tasks
What You'll Need to Succeed
- 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
- Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, or hourly workforce recruitment experience is an asset
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Experience managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and candidate care mindset
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced team setting
- Ability to facilitate group interviews or hiring events is considered a strong asset
