Production & Cultivation Worker
Headstone Cannabis is hiring a reliable Production Worker to join our team. This hands-on role focuses on portioning, packaging, and labelling cannabis products while providing support to our cultivation team.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately portion, package, and label cannabis products according to standard operating procedures and quality standards
- Complete accurate documentation and tracking for all production batches
- Assist with cultivation tasks as needed (e.g., plant care support, cleaning, organizing grow areas, and general facility upkeep)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment
- Follow all Health Canada regulations, safety protocols, and company policies
- Work collaboratively with the production and cultivation teams to meet daily targets
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in packaging, production, manufacturing, or agriculture is an asset (but not required — we will train the right person)
- Must be 18+
- Valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation to our Camrose County location.
- Knowledge of cannabis strains and plant science is a bonus.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when completing accurate documentation.
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Available for full-time hours (schedule may include early mornings or rotating shifts)
