In-Home Sales Closer – HVAC | 100% Commission | Niagara Region About the Role

We are looking for elite in-home closers who know how to turn warm, pre-qualified homeowner appointments into signed contracts — on the first visit. Our sales team handles all lead generation and appointment setting, so you can focus entirely on what you do best: presenting, overcoming objections, and closing.

If you are a high-performance sales professional who thrives in a commission-only environment and refuses to walk away without a deal, this role was built for you.

What You'll Do

- Attend pre-set, in-home sales consultations with pre-qualified homeowners within your region

- Average 3–4 booked appointments per day, scheduled between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

- Deliver compelling product presentations and close deals on the first visit

- Clearly communicate product options, pricing, available incentives, and financing

- Handle objections with confidence and professionalism

- Submit signed agreements and required documentation for processing

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 2 years of HVAC sales experience (in-home closing strongly preferred)

- Background in related industries — solar, roofing, windows,



or home improvement — also considered

- Strong negotiation, communication, and objection-handling skills

- Valid driver's licence and reliable personal vehicle

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a performance-driven environment

- Experience with CRM platforms or digital contract tools is an asset

Compensation

This is a 100% commission role with no earnings cap and unlimited income potential.

- 10% commission on net sale value per closed deal

- Top closers are earning $150,000–$250,000+ per year
