About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Vice President, Supply Chain to lead and scale our end-to-end supply chain operations. This role will oversee inventory management, demand planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, compliance, and vendor partnerships while supporting both our direct-to-consumer (DTC) and business-to-business (B2B) channels.

This is a highly strategic and operational role requiring a leader who can build processes, solve complex challenges, and drive execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What You'll Own

- Develop and execute the company's end-to-end supply chain strategy.
- Lead inventory management, forecasting, and demand planning to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
- Oversee procurement, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, and order fulfillment operations.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, co-packers, and third-party logistics partners.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and operational controls.
- Build scalable processes, KPIs, and reporting to improve efficiency, service levels, and profitability.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Leadership to support business growth.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team.

What We're Looking For

- 7+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience, including experience leading end-to-end supply chain operations.
- Mandatory experience working within a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company,



preferably in food, beverage, supplements, or wellness products.
- Strong experience supporting both DTC and B2B business models.
- Expertise in inventory management, demand planning, forecasting, and supply planning.
- Experience managing manufacturing partners, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers.
- Robust understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements within consumer products.
- Proven ability to build scalable processes, lead teams, and drive operational excellence in high-growth environments.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Pay: $200,000.00-$260,000.00 per year
