Location: 850 Rangeview Road, Mississauga

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

- Operate or tend machines and equipment that crush, grind, polish, or blend materials




- Reads work orders to ascertain production specifications and information
- Cleans and maintains machinery, equipment, materials, and products, using hand tools
- Examines or feels materials, ingredients, or products to ensure conformance to established standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and maintain a safe work environment following all Health and Safety guidelines

Requirements:

- Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within this field
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform function of the job
- Be a team player by displaying a positive outlook, communicating effectively, and working cooperatively in a team environment

Responsibilities

- Operate or tend machines and equipment that crush, grind, polish, or blend materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and maintain a safe work setting following all Health and Safety guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in polishing metal an asset.
- Knowledge of working with metal finishing machines an asset
- Be a team player by displaying a positive outlook, communicating effectively, and working cooperatively in a team environment
