Your Role:

- Develop and manage a profitable book of business (Commercial and/or Personal Lines)

- Conduct risk assessments and provide professional coverage recommendations

- Develop solid client and insurer relationships

- Collaborate with our leadership team for business planning and development

- Ensure full compliance with brokerage procedures and RIBO standards

We’re Looking For:

- RIBO License (Level 1 or higher)

- Minimum 2 years of brokerage experience (Commercial and/or Personal Lines)

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client service skills

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth and retention

- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively

- Strong professionalism, integrity, and commitment to excellence
