Location: Manitoba (Applicants must have been Manitoba residents for at least 2 years)

We’re looking for a dynamic,



results-driven Business Development Executive to power the next stage of our growth. This isn’t your average sales role — it’s a chance to make your mark in a rapid-evolving tactical industry where relationships, innovation, and impact define success.

What You’ll Do

- Identify and seize new business opportunities — and turn them into long-term partnerships
- Build meaningful connections with key clients across tactical, military, and emergency sectors
- Negotiate and close high-value deals that fuel our continued success
- Manage leads and opportunities through Salesforce (or a similar CRM)
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences
- Research market trends to stay ahead of competitors and anticipate client needs

What You Bring

- Proven success in business development or sales, preferably in a B2B environment
- A strong track record of closing deals and exceeding goals
- Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems
- Outstanding relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Ability to balance multiple priorities with precision and professionalism
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
