Duties

- Greet clients warmly and handle all reception duties including scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and managing patient records with accuracy and professionalism
- Assist veterinary staff with animal restraint, preparation for examinations, and basic clinical procedures to support efficient patient care
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas, kennels, and reception space to uphold high standards of hygiene and safety
- Manage laboratory tasks such as sample collection, processing, and record keeping—experience in laboratories is a plus!
- Communicate clearly with pet owners regarding treatment plans, medication instructions,



and follow-up care to ensure understanding and compliance
- Handle administrative responsibilities including billing, invoicing, and maintaining accurate client files
- Support inventory management by restocking supplies and ensuring equipment is properly maintained

Experience

- Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal shelter is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Laboratory experience is highly desirable to assist with diagnostic sample processing and record keeping
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect empathetically with clients and team members
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a lively workplace while maintaining attention to detail
- Passion for animal welfare combined with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
