Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Production & Warehouse Manager to lead our production and warehouse operations. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this role is responsible for overseeing the safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of print production, inventory management, and shipping activities to support customer requirements and business objectives.

The successful candidate will provide leadership to production and warehouse teams, drive operational excellence, and ensure the effective utilization of people, equipment, and materials. Working closely with stakeholders the Print Production & Warehouse Manager will be accountable for meeting production targets, maintaining inventory accuracy, improving efficiencies, and fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Print Finishing and Warehouse departments, ensuring safety, quality, service, and productivity objectives are achieved.
- Supervise, coach, and develop team members while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Plan and coordinate staffing, workflows, and resources to meet production schedules and customer delivery requirements.
- Oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, inventory control, material storage, order fulfillment, and shipping operations.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through effective controls, cycle counts,



and coordination with Production Planning and Purchasing teams.
- Manage print finishing operations to ensure products are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with customer specifications and quality standards.
- Partner with Production, Quality, Customer Service, and Planning teams to resolve operational issues and support on-time delivery performance.
- Promote and enforce compliance with health, safety, quality, GMP, and company policies while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
- Lead investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions related to quality, safety, or operational issues.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall operational performance.
- Monitor departmental KPIs and prepare reports related to productivity, inventory, quality, and employee performance.
- Maintain accurate operational records and ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation requirements.
- Support employee development, performance management, and other HR-related activities as required.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Experience and Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or operations environment.
- Proven experience managing teams, production schedules, inventory, and operational performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while driving results.
- High-energy, self-motivated individual with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in a GMP or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is considered an asset.
- Previous experience in the printing, label, or packaging industry will be considered a strong asset.
- Previous Print and or Packaging Industry experience will be considered an asset.

Pay: $91,000.00-$98,000.00 per year
