Duties

- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage and train staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and maintaining the integrity of the POS system.
- Ensure adherence to food handling and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and organization in all areas of the restaurant.
- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as necessary.
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.




- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving service quality and operational efficiency.
- Ensure the restaurant delivers on its KPI's

Skills

- Proven experience in team management within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant management practices, including POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
- Ability to handle food safely and comply with health regulations.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring smooth operations during busy periods.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, helping staff navigate challenges effectively.
