Responsibilities

- Engage in outside sales activities by reaching out to potential clients through telemarketing, retail sales, and community networking events.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client needs to recommend appropriate insurance products, including auto, home, life, or health coverage.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements while adhering to company guidelines.
- Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and following up on policy renewals.




- Utilize marketing strategies to attract current clients and expand the company's presence in diverse markets.
- Communicate complex insurance concepts clearly in multiple languages, including Spanish, to ensure clients fully understand their options.

Skills

- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a focus on insurance products.
- Strong analysis skills to assess client needs accurately and recommend suitable coverage options.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish; bilingual proficiency is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation to close deals effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.
