Harvey Studios is hiring a dependable, detail-oriented individual to help print, assemble, and prepare products for our school clients. This position involves producing items such as student identification cards, birthday cards, school directories, class composites, and other photography-related materials.

The position is seasonal, with the possibility of a versatile or extended end date based on performance, workload, and operational needs.

Position Type: Seasonal
Location: 372 Queen Street, Fredericton, New Brunswick
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Compensation: $16.50 to $17.00 per hour
Parking: On-site parking is not available. Paid public parking is available nearby.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Print and prepare school photography products, including identification cards, birthday cards, directories, composites, and related materials
- Operate printers, cutters, bookletizers, and other production equipment
- Sort, organize, assemble, and package completed products
- Review names, photographs, quantities, and layouts for accuracy
- Follow production instructions and established quality standards
- Track jobs through each stage of the production process




- Identify and report printing, equipment, or data issues
- Maintain an organized and clean production workspace
- Complete repetitive tasks accurately while meeting production deadlines
- Assist with other school photography production tasks as required

Requirements

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good computer and organizational skills
- Ability to follow written instructions and established procedures
- Comfortable performing repetitive production tasks
- Able to manage multiple jobs and changing priorities
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Experience with printing, graphic design, photography, or production equipment is considered an asset
- Able to provide a satisfactory criminal record check

Detailed training will be provided. Continued employment beyond the initial seasonal period may be available depending on individual performance and business requirements.

Pay: $16.50-$17.00 per hour
