Kitchen Exhaust Technician Helper (Overnight)

We clean commercial kitchen exhaust systems to a bare-metal standard, and we document every job. This is hands-on overnight work: scraping and washing grease out of hoods, ducts, and rooftop fans while kitchens are closed. It's physical and it's not glamorous. If you take pride in doing a job properly and showing up when you say you will, you'll do well here.

Schedule

- 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., Sunday to Thursday
- You report to our Scarborough shop (Markham Rd & Hwy 401) at the start of each shift, so you should live within a reasonable commute (about 15 km)

What you need

- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Valid Ontario G driver's licence (clean record preferred)
- Able to lift 75 lb repeatedly and handle physically demanding work
- Comfortable working at height, in confined spaces, and in greasy conditions
- Reliable.



Overnight work only functions if the crew can count on you

Pay and growth

- $17.60/hr to start, with paid training
- Up to $21/hr after a 3-month probation, based on performance
- A explicit, earned path beyond that toward about $25/hr for techs who keep proving reliability and performance
