PM Shift Supervisor

Job description:

Key Responsibilities

· Lead, supervise, and support the Shred Line and Teardown supervisors to ensure efficient and consistent operations across the entire facility.

· Ensure the supervisory team meets established performance goals, quality, and KPIs for their respective departments.

· Enforce compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety policies, and company guidelines.

· Oversee the supervisors hourly floor walks and daily reporting. Ensure they are effectively identifying bottlenecks throughout their respective areas.

· Coordinate staffing, task assignments, and workflow adjustments with each supervisor to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.

· Monitor high-level production processes and direct the supervisors on corrective actions for delays or quality concerns.

· Conduct quality checks and ensure materials and finished products meet required specifications.

· Promote and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work workplace through effective housekeeping practices and 5S initiatives.

· Oversee the completion of required documentation and ensure the accurate reporting of all production and operational data.

· Support the continuous training, coaching, and onboarding of the supervisory team and assist them in developing their employees.

Health & Safety Responsibilities





· Championing a strong safety culture by ensuring the supervisors is strictly enforcing health and safety regulations and safe work practices.

· Verify that supervisors are enforcing the proper use of specialized PPE and completing their weekly SAS audits accurately.

· Identify workplace hazards, participate in higher-level inspections, and escalate critical safety concerns to the Production Manager.

· Support safety training, hazard communication, and continuous improvement initiatives across the shift.

Qualifications & Skills

· Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a production or manufacturing setting.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams, provide direction, and resolve systemic issues effectively.

· Proven ability to coach supervisors or team leaders through difficult conversations, disciplinary actions, and standard enforcement.

· Working knowledge of quality, safety, and operational best practices.

· Comfortable using basic computer systems (MS Suit) for documentation and reporting to Management.

· Ability to work assigned shifts in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
